Updating postgressql for hold em manager
Please zip and email the problem hand histories, with a link to this thread and your forum name, to us using the 'Contact Support' link.Make sure you also include screenshots of your reports (and SNG Lobby) and a detailed description by tournament number, session, hole cards, etc. All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. This is completely brand new software with a completely new hand history format and unfortunately we got no advanced notice from WPN that it was coming or that the HH format would be changing.I don't have any sort of ETA as to how long they think it might take.Fozzy71 Customer Support Not in HM2 but we do have it in HM3: If you own a HM2 license you can start using HM3 Beta pre-release right now if you haven't already. Click here to register your HM3 beta now - After downloading, you should right-click the file, go to properties and click unblock.* * If you do not see an 'unblock' option you can ignore this step. Here are some first time install instructions - https://support.holdemmanager.com/su...tion-and-Setup If you have any problems with HM3: Please reproduce the problem and click the 'Send Feedback' button from the left sidebar menu (or from the 'Help' menu at the top), or choose 'Yes' if prompted to submit an error report, and send your logs and config files with a detailed step by step description of the problem that we can use to try and reproduce the problem. If you are unable to send the logs via the automated system for any reason you can collect and send the logs manually - https://support.holdemmanager.com/su...les-to-support Fozzy71 Customer Support You will need to send us a small sample of the problem hand history files, screenshots of the problem in HM2 and screenshots of the correct numbers in the lobby of one of those games.Fozzy71 Customer Support I already mentioned this but you must have missed it: HM3 is not available for beta testing by customers yet.
I hope you guys will find the time to fix these soon.
Sometimes security software can prevent Holdem Manager communicating with Postgre SQL and the Poker sites.
This can cause many issues including import, hud issues and issues with launching Holdem Manager. b) If none of that helps: Many of those free Norton, Mcaffee, Comodo, Zonealarm, Avira, Avast, AVG, Bitdefender, etc, 'internet security' bundles will not work well with Holdem Manager.
a 2.0 client update like this that changed so many things in a previously supported site). Some time after the official HM3 release we should be able to start letting customers test the IGN HH Grabber on regular cash tables. Switching HUDs/stats based on actions/positions is not allowed at some of the sites we support and we only add a feature if it can be implemented at all of our supported sites.
We have no plans to bring this feature back or design any new features for HM2/3 that would not work at all supported networks/sites.
